We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept back unopened product that is in pre-sold condition within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase amount including taxes, minus shipping, and credit you in the method you paid. There are a few exceptions and other conditions. We can not accept returns on bulk candy, personalized product or custom orders.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange. We will refund the value of your merchandise and any taxes, minus shipping. If you are making an exchange, please make sure to indicate the item you wish to receive in place of the returned merchandise. Please include product name and item number. A refund/credit will be issued to your credit card if the exchange amount is less than your original purchase. If you wish to exchange for an item in which the cost is higher, your credit card will be charged for the difference. Please make sure to provide us with current and valid credit card information. All exchanged merchandise shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to your credit card before the shipment of your exchange. Please provide valid credit card information with your return to facilitate this process.
We are sorry, shipping charges can not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or the merchandise was damaged in shipping.
